Geneva Centre for Security Policy choose Hexham based Instilled

Hexham-based design agency Instilled has completed the design of the 2025 International Gender Champions Annual Report, a 36-page publication commissioned by the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP).

The report highlights the work of the International Gender Champions (IGC) network, a global leadership initiative that brings together more than 300 senior figures from governments, international organisations and civil society to advance gender equality in decision-making. Hosted by GCSP in Geneva, the network operates across international hubs including Geneva, New York, Vienna and Nairobi.

Commissioned at the end of January, the project required Instilled to design a clear, engaging report that communicates the network’s activities, impact and strategic direction over the past year. The publication combines narrative content, leadership insights and detailed data on the network’s commitments and achievements.

The finished report provides an accessible overview of IGC’s work in 2025, including the progress made by members in advancing gender equality initiatives across global policy and security institutions.

This latest project continues an ongoing collaboration between Instilled and GCSP on a range of communications and design projects.

In a turbulent world we are very proud to work with such an important and influential global organisation,” said Inness Mattinson, Creative Director at Instilled.
