Tyne Valley businesses
supporting one another
Tyne Valley Connections is a collaborative network of local businesses based in the Tyne Valley. We meet up on the first and third Tuesday of the month to connect, share knowledge and support one another — all with the aim of driving business development and encouraging economic growth across our part of Northumberland.
Our ethos is also to help others within the Tyne Valley who may need a helping hand from time to time. So part of what we do is volunteer our time to give a little back. Find out more

We are not…
- A closed book. If you have a business in the Tyne Valley you will be made to feel very welcome.
- A referral group. We’re about genuine business connections and friendships. It’s an inclusive space where relationships grow, collaboration flows, and the community benefits.
- Formulaic. Our meet-ups are relaxed, convivial with presentations and speakers we can all learn from.
- A sales forum. If you want to sell to people this is not for you.
Giving back to the Tyne Valley
Our ethos is rooted in supporting others within the Tyne Valley, especially those who may need a helping hand from time to time. As a community-focused group, we believe in giving back—whether through volunteering our time as a group, or offering practical support. Helping others isn’t just something we do; it’s part of TVC culture.
