Prior to founding HCT Wealth Management, he held senior management roles at Joblings Wealth Management, a major UK bank, progressing through branch leadership and overseeing large teams across the North East.
At HCT, Hugh supports individuals, families, and business owners with personalised advice on retirement planning, investment strategies, inheritance tax planning, protection, and mortgages. His approach centres around clarity, consistency, and genuinely understanding what matters most to each client.
Outside of work, Hugh is an active member of Allendale Cricket Club, where he supports the development of junior teams and helps maintain the grounds.
