BLOOM – Supporting Young Minds to Grow, Heal and Thrive

Based in the Tyne Valley, BLOOM offers early intervention mental health and well-being support for children, young people and their families.

Founded from both professional and personal experience, BLOOM provides a safe, nurturing space where children and young people can feel heard, understood and supported. I am a qualified teacher and experienced family wellbeing practitioner, creating support tailored to each child- whether they are struggling with anxiety, emotional wellbeing, eating disorders, self-harm, trauma, school refusal or day-to-day challenges. The support I offer is extensive and I love to collaborate with charities and offer workshops within schools.

Sessions mainly take place in my calm, thoughtfully designed garden room in Hexham, also with the option of walk and talk sessions in local outdoor spaces, if movement and a side-by-side approach is needed.

BLOOM also recognises the importance of supporting the whole family, offering a flexible, inclusive approach to create meaningful, lasting change. And for those who would like it, Ivy, my gentle therapy dog is there to offer a little extra furry comfort!

EARLY SUPPORT CAN MAKE ALL THE DIFFERENCE.
