New Bookshop opens its doors to Hexham story lovers!

Tynedale Hospice at Home’s little pre-loved bookshop opened its doors on Fore Street, Hexham after relocating from Battle Hill. 

The book shop is community-fuelled and we reused, repurposed, and gave things a second life as much as possible (just like our books!).

• We’ve reused our old bookcases in the stockroom.
• Brought back favourite window displays and signage.
• And had amazing support from a local business network group Tyne Valley Connections – thank you everyone!  
• Had the input and support of our volunteers and wider team. 

Every book donated or bought helps fund our Hospice at Home care services – supporting local families when they need it most. That’s feel-good reading at its finest!
