Tynedale Hospice at Home

We’re a charity offering wraparound home-based care and support for adults with palliative needs or undergoing treatment for life-limiting conditions and people of all ages needing pre or post-bereavement support.

We’re dedicated to providing quality and compassionate end of life care and support to those living in the West Northumberland, Tynedale and Ponteland area. We provide nursing care (including overnight care), bereavement support to children and adults, complementary therapies and patient transport.

Our services are integrated into the wider palliative care network in the local area, working with GPs, District Nurses, schools, community NHS teams and other professionals providing a vital link in our community’s healthcare provision. You can self refer or refer through your medical practitioner.
